Happy New Year! Hope you had an amazing break, enjoyed time with family, beautiful summer days and a generous amount of relaxation.

Time to launch yourself into 2023.

I’m very excited about property this year. The market has dropped and the down cycle is well underway. What I love about a down cycle is you can find some outstanding deals with terms that you would never think possible in an up cycle.

At the end of last year my clients bought some phenomenal properties that will make serious money by the end of this first quarter. I also have projects on the go that will move me closer to achieving my 2023 goals.

MAKING MORE MONEY

Personally, I’m not one for new year resolutions. I am one to set three serious goals for the year and create the vehicle behind those goals to make sure I achieve them.

ACHIEVING GOALS

In 2023 I want you to achieve your goals and move closer to living your ideal lifestyle. My personal belief is property is the best way to achieve your goals, no matter what they are.

Here are the four keys I make sure my Property Partner Programme clients (one-on-one mentoring) meet when using property to reach their goals:

1. Buy under market – even if you make 20 offers to get there

2. Only buy quadrant two* if you have the income in quadrant four* to pay for it

3. Be conservative with your numbers (it’s fine to make more than you expect but not less)

4. There is a solution to every problem, we just need to find it.

I’m a great believer that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. For those who read my book you’ll know I lost everything and had to make my first million for the second time with no money, no networks and bad credit.

But I did it. If I can do it, you can achieve anything, especially as you already have a head start in property. It’s just a case of taking the next step, then the next, then the next. So let’s do it in 2023.
